Time flies by!

I can't believe how fast time flies. It seems like yesterday that I came back from Sydney, but apparently it was almost two weeks ago. This week went just so fast.. I had school last week and we didn't really do much. Ida got a cold last weekend and the others were in Byron Bay. I went out with some other Swedish girls last Saturday in Broadbeach. It was fun!

I only had school Monday, Thursday and today this week because of ANZAC day. Mondays are the best as usual.. I went to school before class to meet up with Maddy and prepare our presentation for today's Cultural Perspectives presentation of Transgenderism. It was actually okay to be in school at 8.30. We were really effective!

I went to Australia Fair after school and did some shopping. And then I had another two days off. We went to Seaworld on Tuesday and celebrated Jemma's birthday in the evening. It was a house party since all the clubs closed at 12am because of ANZAC day. It was lot of fun!

Everyone were really lazy on ANZAC day and since we're not real Australians we didn't really know how to celebrate that day.. We wanted to go to Coolangatta for some surfing, shopping and sun bathing but the weather was crappy. We stayed in Surfers and sat fully dressed on the beach and had McDonalds. Haha!

I had to go to bed early on Wednesday cause my alarm woke me up at 6.20 yesterday. I had to get up to be in school at 8am to finish a group work. I can't believe that I managed to get up at 6am three days a week every week back home!! It was such a pain and ut was so cold! I had to wear jeans, cardigan and a jacket. I slept on the bus to school and we were four zombies doing the group work. Anyway, we managed to complete what we had to do and I went to my lecture. I was half asleep all through class.

I went home and had lunch before I took a nap. Then I spent 1,5 hours on Skype with my beloved Lisa! So nice to speak with you. Miss you a lot, and I feel so sad that we're not gonna see each other for such a long time. Anyway, I finished an essay and read through my text for today's presentation and went to bed early, after I made the packing for a trip to Brisbane.

Today I went to school an hour before class cause I had an English Help session. We went through my essay and she really enjoyed helping me, such a nice woman! Then it was time for Maddy and me to do our presentation. We got such good feedback, we won't get our mark until the end of the semester but we definitely nailed it! Haha! And then she told us that everyone in the class passed with the essay. Such an awesome start of the weekend!

Maddy and I had lunch and I lost track of time and almost missed my bus. Even though I made it to the bus I didn't make it to the train cause the bus was late. So Anna and Camilla are on the train before me and Ida, Isabelle and Anna on the one after. We're all gonna meet in Brisbane and try to find a hostel I suppose. Later tonight we're going to a rugby game between the Titans and somebody else. Haha! I'm not really interested but I reckon we're gonna have a good time and that it's nice to say that you've actually seen a rugby game.. So sad the weather is bad though. I want it sunny and warm, not rainy and cold. Haha!
